Rates and Service Policies

Services

  1. We are available 6 days a week-Closed Saturdays, 24 hours per-day.
  2. The minimum requirement for service is 2 hours. Our services are billed per hour.
  3. We have the right to deny any service that is immoral, punishable by law, or may put our employees at risk.

Fees

  1. Rates start at $30 per hour for standard business hours -8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
  2. After hour rates are $35 per hour before 8:00 am and after 5:00pm
  3. There is a one-hour minimum
  4. The client must cover all costs associated with service requests. Clients should provide cash, check or make specific arrangements with 2MA Concierge
  5. The payment methods accepted are cash, checks and credit cards. Contact us for details.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Clients will be responsible for the payment of the entire canceled block of time if cancellation does not occur more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
